Browse by category. Browse through our categories to the left to find listed purpose designed products. When you find something you like click on it to review further information.

Some of the categories have been divided into 'sub categories' to make your shopping easier. Just drill down until you find what you want.

Prefer to shop by Brand? Use the 'Shop by Brand' drop down menu to select your preferred Brand. All available products will be filtered by this Brand only.

Can't find what you want? Why not use our 'Quick Search' to find your product - you will find it at the top of the pink 'browse by category' box. Type in a brand, product code or words that describe what you are looking for. Matches will be displayed, along with a more advanced search feature in the main panel. Use this to further refine your search if required.

Once you select a product you will be directed to the product information page. This is a great opportunity to research your product a little more before purchase. We have stacked this page full of features.

Some of the features you have available:

• Large pictures - if we have a larger image available, the product image will have 'click to enlarge' printed underneath it. Click on this text or the image to do just that! If you are having any trouble make sure that your browser or security software does not have 'pop ups' blocked.
• Additional images - where possible we have collected additional images showing the products in use for a range of crafts, these will appear underneath the product information.
• Product name, model number and price!
• Detailed product descriptions and measurements.
• Similar or related products. We will list items beneath the additional product images that are in the same range, similar or related in some way.
• What other buyers found of interest. Our system tracks related purchases and will display for you the products that other purchasers of the product you are viewing found of interest.

Once you have determined to purchase your product, simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button and the item will be listed in your shopping cart and you will be directed to your shopping cart screen. A summary of your shopping cart will always be visible in the left hand column.

From within your cart you can either proceed to checkout by selecting the 'Checkout' button, or continue shopping! Should you require more than one item, simply choose a higher number from the drop down quantity menu and your cart will be automatically updated.

If you need to remove an item from your cart, check the box to the left of the item and click on the 'Update' button. As you add new items to your cart you will be provided with a summary in the left hand column and be directed to your main shopping cart page.

If you are ready to proceed with your purchase, simply click on the "Checkout" button.

To proceed with your purchase we now need to establish a few details. If you are a member and have already logged in, you will be directed straight to step 5.

Members who have not yet logged in and have been shopping as a guest, will be asked to now log in. Your guest cart will be merged with your members facility at this stage.

Membership comes with many benefits and no obligations! Membership provides:

• The ability to store your shopping cart for later update and checkout
• Members only products and specials
• Access to online invoicing and purchase history
• A 'Wish List' facility to track your desired products and alert others to your desire!
• Advanced notification of upcoming products and specials

If you choose to purchase without creating an account, your details will still be recorded at this stage to allow us to successfully ship your product, and communicate with you your order status. However your details will be purged from the system on delivery and will not be available for future contact.

The next step is to detail your delivery information. First we need to establish where to ship your products to. This defaults to your billing address, but you may alter this to send to another location. This is a great facility for sending gifts. Members may maintain an address book with multiple shipping addresses. Review your details and edit as required.

Next we need to check your preferred postage method. Craftainers offers multiple shipping methods. We have negotiated discount rates with Australia Post which take into consideration the light but bulky nature of many of our products. However, to ensure we offer the best available deal to our customers we check every delivery in real time against the available Australia Post standard rates. On occasion these rates prove cheaper for a specific package to a specific destination. when this occurs this option will be selected by default.

Craftainers also offers a real time quote for Express Post for those urgent deliveries. To take advantage to this service, simply select the Express Post option. These orders will be given priority and shipped same day if ordered prior to 12 noon AEST.

An order comment facility is offered at this stage of the checkout. If you have any special instructions or questions, simply include them at this stage. Click on the 'Continue' button when you are ready to proceed.

We now need to double check your billing information prior to finalising payment. If you need to alter your details, you can again do this at this step.

Finally, you will be presented with a number of payment otpions to allow you to proceed in a manner most comfortable to you.

Payment options offered are:

• Direct deposit to our nominated bank account
• Cheque
• Money Order
• Credit Card

Our online ordering is secured by the best security available, SSL or Secure Socket Layer encryption. For added protection we do not store credit card details on-line. If you have any queries about out ordering process, please contact us directly.

• Fax

Simply print your cart details, and phone or fax through the order.

If you have any additional comments to add, an order comment facility is again offered to you at this step. Once you are ready to proceed click on the 'Confirm' button at the bottom of the page.

You will now be presented with a final confirmation page, summarising your order. You may edit any of your order details from this page if required. Your order is not finalised until you are happy with this page, at which time simply click on the 'Confirm Order' button and you are finished! Time now to sit back and wait for the postman to deliver your quality products!
